Established in 2007 and again in 2017, Rocking Frog Cafe is an independently run, local gem in the lower Belmont District of southeast Portland. Nestled in a lovely early-century Craftsman-style bungalow, we offer a comfortable place to study, eat and socialize.

Serving Portland’s Sterling Coffee Roasters and Jasmine Pearl Tea Co., we believe in preparing excellent coffee and tea that is refined for the connoisseur, yet accessible to the casual drinker.
